Hello dear friend. Hope you are feeling better. Just to let you know you are never far away from our thoughts and prayers. We remember to pray fro you most Thursday evenings. All our meetings are now on Zoom so Church feels a lot different. People often ask about you, Ann keeps us updated. Fidelma and I are well as are all the family. Philip is in the Bahamas with Samaritans Purse putting in a new water supply system after the last hurricane. He has been out there for the last 2 months, returning next week. Lisa was able to get married during the summer just before total close down. Just to let you know that you are much loved and appreciated. Love JP and Fidelma

So glad you got the vitamin D and can breath better. I had whooping cough about 23 years ago and when my throat and lungs cramped I ran out of air and it was frightening. So sorry you had you had to experience that. Praying that you never have to have that happen again. Sweden is tightening up more now that the second wave has hit. I have learnt how to do devotions and sermons on facebook for Methodist church in Ostersund. God bless and keep you safe. Lots of love from us in Sweden.

STAND ON YOUR HOPE CLIFFORD.HOPE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT FOR IT IS A SURE FOUNDATION THAT WE WILL RECEIVE WHAT WE DO NOT YET HAVE. If you can it might be helpful to take a large daily dose of vitamin D, about 2000 iu.
