Hi, Clifford and Your Friends! Again at home! About 3500 km on the road the last week! I`m sorry to hear for broblems with the bus!
Really our journey in Russia was like a dream and about a feary story, the best week during the last ten years in my life and also Katry`s life. I cann`t describe with words. There were 40 people in our group and all of them no christian person and we were not allowed to speak about God, but the Holy Spirit was with Katri and me all the time. The great guide phoned still on the way at town Ouly and said: "Kaija and Kary; you were really our a great source of joy and active souls on the journey." We were feeling peace, harmony and pleasure without sorrow and low-spirited." We totally forgot Kuhmo."
Why, we did have so wonderful time and journey? I thought tonight on my bed in the country at Katry`s home. The answer is that Jesus was with us and we dear friends have prayed for us! I have only a sorrow, I took guite too little literature about Jesus with us!
We didn`t have any problems on the journey!
Clifford, we have some gifts and sweets and biscuits and bread from Russia. Perhaps maps, brochures and booklets I will give leter, for I try translate them a little. Also I have photos about life in Russia.
I eat ice-gream very, very much and sweets! They are so delicious there.
Russia is a wonderful lovely land territoty nowadays! My heart is still there!
I belive, Clifford your life and work is in God`s hands!

Dear Clifford,
So sorry to hear about the leak. My "new car" also leaks when it rains, but I don't have to sleep in it. I pray you will be able to get it fixed soon.
These days are looong now, but God is good. just as we were running out of ALL money, God sent small check enough to cover the needs this week. On Sunday I preach and that church is generous so that will keep us going for another week with milk and bread. Then my pay from last month will come and we should be OK for another three weeks or so.
Praize God, I have more work. For the next two months I will be teaching EVERY day at least three hours. This saves the summer which usually is VERY dry money wise.
What a wonderful God we have. He never promised a rose garden, but He promised to be with us and help ALWAYS. I am encouraged everytime I read about how God helps you, so I wanted to share this little news.

Dear Brother Clifford, I have just been catching up on your news, it has been a few days since I read your last entry. As always you are busy, very exciting to read how you are getting on in Kuhmo. So many people touched by God through you his loyal servant. I gave your testimony booklet yesterday to a young woman, who was twenty years a drug addict, so not alone are you touching lives in Kuhmo, but you also are in Dublin through your powerful testimony. On Sunday morning we will join the group at Vartius and have lunch at Kostamus town (about 40 km from the border. On Tuestay evening we will reach our destination, Archangel ( about 400 000 habitants) I pray that the Lord will guide us to meet people who are open to the gospel.
Clifford needs also Your prayers and support on his long way to the north. Jesus, touch brother with Your curative hand, give power and help!

God needs all us, also you, dear reader! Let`s be hard-working!

You've really got me going reading these amazing pages and viewing such exciting photos - after 3 months!!! away from internet. Have spent last 2 hours reading your and everyone else's news. Its great to be back!!! PRAISE GOD PRAISE GOD PRAISE GOD. His faithfulness to you Brother over these past 3 months. How He is bringing you through! How His heart must have thrilled to hear you say "Keep hold of Jesus and persevere."

~ Kuhmo-feelings! ~
An russian lady told! A little boy had interesting news and valuable gifts to show in his church at town Kostamus (In Rusia). His grandmother, he and his three sisters had met an English evangelist and got children bible and gifts and had a wonderful party in uncle Jesus bus.
At the same time there were two other russian ladys at the yardmeeting, the both with their grandchild and visited the bus, too and got the Bibles in their language. These people are not yet believers, but became very glad, and were obviously interested in the Gospel. I have sung in a russian lady`s choir (17 singers) for about two months, and dont`t know well many of them, yet. I was amazed that some of them came with my friend Katry to listen christians songs and tetimonys near the bus. Yesterday we met two russian sister and one`s husband on the botder of Russia. They were on their way at Suomussalmi. The ladys were handed the Gospels of John and a tesimoybook in russian. They were informed that soon the Jesus bus will be seen at Suomussalmi.

Dear Clifford`s friends, really Your support, prayers and work is very important! One day You will meet many surprises in heaven!
