Lots of showers and a bit of snnshine.
Sitting in tne forest yesterday I saw a flash of white moving through the undergrowth.
Patience paid dividends for me as I had my first ever siting of an Ermine.
The stoat changes colour for the winter from brown to white and this majestic hunter had almost achieved the dazzling white of winter.
This morning I joined with 15 others for early morning prayer and really felt the presence of the Holy Spirit as these warriors broke down barriers.
Looking forward to the meeting tonight and tomorrow and praying for miracles.

Bengt Korswing has done a terrific job on the bodywork of the van and I am really pleased with the result.
I arrived at Lidnes Prayer Mountain yesterday to find that I had lost all power to the inside of the van.
No heating, No lights, and No water. The diagnosis is that a new battery is needed urgently or my life will be very miserable.
Leonne turned up today and has provided mains electric for me so I have no problems until Tuesday.
Please pray for the conference on Saturday and Sunday on my final meetings in Scandinavia.

Health much better today. People must be praying out there for me and I really thank you all for your concern.
I heard a couple of days that Heather Prentice ( a supporter of the work since 1996) has gone home after a long fight with cancer.
She was a terrific witness right up to the end and even in the last days was a glowing example the those around her in hospital. Northern Ireland will certainly miss such a disciple.
I am now getting ready to leave this area on monday when I head for Varnamo in the south of Sweden fora few days.
Then back to the British Isles for the forseeable future.
Friday 14th 2018f September 2018 06:05:41 PM
The new computer has now crashed and only speaks in Polish. This is a real problem for me as now I have to return it to the shop I bought it from in Faroe.
The weather here is better today after three days of heavy rain and terrific thunderstorms.
Health is not too good at the moment, leg cramps at night, always tired and belly pain but the work continues.
I had a phone call yesterday telling me that one of my friends and long term supporter of the work died on holiday in Blackpool.
Roger Holt was a true man of God and a great example to myself and all who knew him.
Wednesday 12th 2018f September 2018 12:04:33 PM

A very encouraging time here in the Sandviken area.
This morning I spoke at Hofors Pentecostal Church. Surrounded by many friends.
A man and his son who have moved from Russia were in the congregation. It felt good to give them both a Bible in their native language and also a supply to give to their friends in Uppsala.
Weather is warm and sunnywith a slight breeze.
Sunday 02nd 2018f September 2018 07:44:04 PM
The meeting in Ockelbo on Tuesday was cancelled and rescheduled to last night in the village of Jadraas.
Ten of us turned up and had a terrific time with plenty of Praise, Worship, coffee and Apple Cake..
Then they had to listen to me for an hour!!!!!
All is going slowly but well.
Friday 31st 2018f August 2018 05:27:08 PM

Tuesday 28th 2018f August 2018 12:01:24 AM
My last few days on The Faroe Islands were a true blessing. I had so many visitors calling to wish me God Speed and many did not want me to leave.
On board Norrona I was able to blend in with other passengers for half of the journey until someone recognised me. I was sleeping in the afternoon when I was roused by someone banging on my cabin door who had been sent to invite me to speak at the evening meeting.
Over a hundred Christians turned up to sing and enjoy Jesus. Many had never met me but all had heard of the work.
A terrific Night was had by all.
After a five day journey I am now in Sweden.
Friday 24th 2018f August 2018 09:32:28 PM
I had a good time at Filidelphia Brethren Church last night. Only six of us turned up for the Prayer Meeting, But how many people do you really need to touch the throne of Grace.
Jesus Said"When two or three are gathered together in My Name I will be in the midst of them"
Saturday evening I speak at the youth meeting at Keldan Pentecostal Church and a short goodbye on Sunday morning to the full church assembly. Then I head for the boat to Denmark.
Friday 17th 2018f August 2018 02:56:01 PM
The farewell service on Sunday was a very emotional time for me. Over 100 people turned up and how beautiful to hear the congregation harmonising as I sung my solo,s.
I announced my intention to say farewell to Scandinavia and the Baltic countries at the end of the year. It will be very hard for me to plan future trips without travelling to the Continent.
I am going to concentrate my endeavours to the United Kingdom which means the work has taken a full circle and I return to my home country after 15 years of foreign mission.
This weekend I celebrate 22 years ON THE ROAD.
Last night I spoke at Skala Brethren Church and tinight I will visit Gorta.
Thursday 16th 2018f August 2018 05:06:49 PM
As I prepare to leave the Faroe Islands next Sunday and continue the tour I have been surprised at the number of callers I have seen.
This evening a farewell service will be held in the Fuglafjordur Community Centre involving all churches in the town.
Sunday 12th 2018f August 2018 12:22:45 PM
I get a little envious when I read the blog entry from Bengt about the sunshine in Sweden. I will be in Sweden very soon and if everything goes as normal I would expect the weather there to deteriorate.
I spoke at a great youth gathering at Keldan Pentecostal Church on saturday and had some wonderful and uplifting feedback.Yesterday I spoke at a brethren assembly with only 4 people in the congregation. Hard work but satisfying.
Monday 06th 2018f August 2018 10:50:51 PM
I have got a new computer at last!!!
It is causing a few problems but I am sure I will soon be able to use it properly. I am now forced to use Windows 10 and not being computer literate it is a bit confusing.
Oliver called round last night for a time of prayer and a chat. He was able to set up a few things and now a few of my problems with the computer have been solved.
Weather is lousy and the only vitamin D I am getting is by capsules. The sun has gone into hibernation here.
Thursday 02nd 2018f August 2018 11:58:33 AM
I am having many problems with the computer. It keeps deleting my messages or scrambling them. I have decided that after five years, this second hand machine is more trouble than it is worth and needs replacing urgently.
I reached the grand old age of 73 on friday and had a very quiet non-celebration.(Eric would have approved)
This morning I spoke at a very small assembly in the far north of the islands.
Sunday 29th 2018f July 2018 06:20:36 PM
"I am still awaiting the DVD to begin the long job of copying etc.
This seems to occur when I want to get on with a project.
Please pray that things will go smoothly and this hold up will soon be history.
Tuesday 24th 2018f July 2018 04:01:30 PM
At last a day with something to report!
I joined Oliver and three young people to record a DVD of testimony for free distribution. We met at a beautiful spot with great views of mountains and the fjiord.
I hope to have the edited copy this weekend and then I can get on with the task of printing and copying a few hundred.
It is good to hear the youth talk about their life with Jesus but because the recording is in Faroese I will have to use my imagination.
Saturday 21st 2018f July 2018 11:26:52 PM
Slow but Sure is the way forward at the moment..
On Sunday I spoke at Elim in Runavik twice. Both meetings were very well received but many of the regulars were on holiday.
Yesterday I booked passage on Norrona on August 19th.
From Denmark I will sail to Gothenberg in Sweden and then head inland. It is still cold here so I hope to find better temperatures when I get to mainland Europe.
Not many visitors but I am not discouraged and await the Holy Spirit to instruct me an give guidance.
Wednesday 18th 2018f July 2018 09:33:49 PM
After a day with a little sunshine it is now getting quitechilly and the wind is rising.
It was good to welcome a few visitors to the van and also a number of phone calls.
I was rung by the Jonathon's (webmaste) mother this morning to remind me that Jonathon was getting married today.
I ask you will pray for this lovely couple as they start out on the biggest adventure of their lives and join me in wishing them both, The Joy and Happiness that only JESUS can give.
Saturday 14th 2018f July 2018 09:35:01 PM
The van is driving like a new vehicle and I am really pleased with the work done.
On wednesday morning I went to the Christian coffee morning at Elim near Runavik. I will be speaking there on Sunday morning.
Looking forward to some friends coming back from holidays next week but things are going to be slow here until the end of August when I leave.
Friday 13th 2018f July 2018 10:22:53 PM
Saturday evening was a good open air but more participating than watching. The weather was cold with rain but I still enjoyed myself.
Today I am in Klaxvik and have just attended Bethesda Brethren Assembly for prayer meeting. It was good to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit and immerse myself in his love.
Tomorrow the van goes for a check over and oil change.
Tuesday 10th 2018f July 2018 12:02:06 AM
I spoke at Elim Brethren Church on Wednesday evening. So many people on holiday at the moment but perseverence is the name of the game.
Tomorrow evening I will join some friends from different churches for street outreach in Westmanna. Looking forward to a good time if the weather is kind to us.
Friday 06th 2018f July 2018 06:51:14 PM
I am on the island of Suderoy again and spoke at Vagar Brethren Church yesterday. Very few in the congregation but I was well received and it was a good meeting.
I will probably sail back to mainland tomorrow but will make my mind up s the day progresses.
I am still meeting people so I am quite content at the moment.
Monday 02nd 2018f July 2018 02:39:14 PM
Cloudy and Cold today.
It is now the start of the holiday season in the Faroe Islands and I do not expect many visitors for the next few weeks.
Praying for direction and wisdom. To leave the islands at the moment would be extremely expensive as the fare on Norrona would be well over a thousand pounds.
I am sure the Lord will direct as he desires.
Friday 29th 2018f June 2018 08:31:27 PM
Beautiful sunny and very warm day today.
I was parked outside the college for the whole day and was once again in the right place at the righr time.
The young people who graduated this year arrived with family and friends to receive their diplomas and to celebrate the end of their formal education.
Once again the van was in a prominent posotion to be a silent and powerful witness.
Thursday 28th 2018f June 2018 10:24:26 PM
The weather is mixed but the Blessings continue to fall upon me.
I am being Blessed so many times this year by folk stopping me in the street to remind me of meeting them over the years. For many it has been just a one off meeting but for many, Like the young man at the supermarket today reminding me of meeting him and his friends over 10 years ago.
I spoke at a small Brethren church on Sunday morning and was invited back to speak at the evening meeting when a man was being baptised.
A great opportunity to tell the congregation about how easy it is to ask Jesus into your life and the multiple benefits He offers for FREE.
Tuesday 26th 2018f June 2018 09:13:31 PM
Windy, Cold and threatening Rain but the feeling of being surrounded by PRAYER raises my Spirit like a kite hovering in the sky.
How can I ever thank you Prayer Warriors for your constant Intercession on my behalf.
I am awaiting Oliver and taking the opportunity to catch up with phone calls to people who I have not spoken to for a long time. It is proving a very rewarding Spiritual experience.
If you would like to call me please do so or drop me a line with your number to firstname.lastname@example.org
I will give you a call as time permits.
Friday 22nd 2018f June 2018 02:34:20 PM
Today was a lovely SUNNY day and how I enjoyed driving in the (nearly warm) sunshine.
I took a trip to Klaxvik and I am now back in Kambstalur.
Oliver is hoping to call tomorrow to fix some electric problems and I hope the weather stays dry.
Thursday 21st 2018f June 2018 11:40:37 PM
DAY OFF TODAY.
The weather has improved but it still does not feel like summer.
Tomorrow I hope to visit Klaxvik but it depends upon the wind strength.
Thursday 21st 2018f June 2018 12:57:13 AM
The forecast said a slight breeze for today!!
The rain has been torrential and the wind is once again horrendous and it feels like being at sea in a storm without the water beneath me. It is far too dangerous to drive a high sided vehicle but I pray the weather will moderate soon and give us a glimpse of summer.
Yesterday I spoke at Nazerat Brethren Assembly in Kaldbak and it was a trmendous experience.
The congregation was mixed with lots of children. I was impressed by how quiet the youngsters were but I think it had a lot to do with the lollipops I gave them before I began.
Tears were evident as I spoke about the LOVE of God and used Psalm 91 for my text.
