A Happy, Peaceful, Blessed, Prayerful, Fruitful and Christ Filled new year to all those who follow the work.
Sunday 01st of January 2012 01:28:55 AM
I went to the Lifeboat Fellowship for the prayer meeting last night. It was truly Incredible to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit as He dwelt amongs't us.
I was able to tell about the last year of travelling to people who were really supportive in prayer. How I hope that more and more people will take on the burden of prayer for me during the next tour.
Tomorrow we fit shock absorbers all round the vehicle if the rain holds off.

Out of depression and loneliness will Always come the dawning of a new day.
I received a phone message from a friend this morning who had received a message from the Lord in the middle of the night.
I read the passage my friend in Scotland had been given for himself and all became very clear.
I do NOT retire!!!!!! Service is my task for at least four more years.
Isaiah 42 is enough for me.
Thanks for your caring prayers.

A hard Christmas with a feeling of loneliness as I sat on the mountain.
I was not able to get a television signal most of the time which made the days seem even longer. It is so easy to say that I am never alone, but sometime I really need human contact.
I am seeking out someone who can refit the van for the coming season. It would be good to have a little more comfort and space as I head north again in April.
I know I was on the mountain for a very good reason in our Father's plan and I am content.
Tuesday 27th of December 2011 09:42:32 PM
A very quiet day sitting on the mountain waiting. I positioned myself on the Glenshane pass which leads to the highest pub in Ireland. I was just a few hundred yards from it.
Many phone calls today from friends worldwide.
I pass on Christmas greetings from myself, the family in Latvia, Faroe Islands, Scotland, Ireland, England, Finland, Sweden and Lapland.
May each of my readers have a Truly Christ filled "Christ"mas.
In the words of Tiny Tim in Charles Dickens novel,"A Christmas Carol"
May God Bless You, Everyone.

My time in Northern Ireland is quite hectic as I endeavour to meet as many of the mission's prayer warriors as possible.
Yesterday I went to see Mike in Carrickfergus. We have been praying for his wife Shona for a while and I am pleased to say she is fully recovered. Please continue praying for this couple who are totally "Sold Out for Jesus"-
Today I met up with Brian Fleming who brought me a couple of Cottage Pies he had made.
In Limavady I was visited by my friends June from the Prison Fellowship and Norman Somerville of Limavady Baptist Church.

At last I have managed to access the internet after days of frustration.
I came through Wexford to Arklow and Dun Laodhaire. The next stop was visiting Elizabeth and Ivor in Monaghan and then three days with Ivan the metal worker. He and His wife Elizabeth arranged two meetings for me before I moved on to Enniskillen. It was good to meet up with good friends but was a bad time for icy roads that stopped me working.
Today I moved on to Tobermore and met my old friend Gerald and family. I had some very bad news from him that has really upset me.
Some of you will remember my pet dog "Jirah" who I gave to Gerald when I started working in foreign countries.
"JIRAH" developed cancer and was put to sleep a few weeks ago. She will live in my memory for many years but I know that her years living with Gerald and Pearl were the best years of her life.

A truly Spirit filled and awesome night at St Mary Magdalene church in Bristol last night.
Praise, Worship. Silence, Communion and a word direct from the Lord are the recipe for Blessings. Many thanks to "Commander John Ellis.RN" for his hard work in getting me so many meetings in the Bristol area and John Lawrence for the bookings in Weston Super Mare.
I am now in South Wales waiting for the ferry to Wexford.

I made a new friend today!!!!!!!!!
I was visited by Ken from Bristol. He called for prayer for a very serious lung problem. The doctors cannot diagnose the problem but it is giving him a lot of breathing problems. I promised to ask that each one of the readers will pray for him, "PLEASE"
Friday 09th of December 2011 08:46:47 PM
Still working hard and enjoying my time in Weston.
Early this year, my friend "Robert Todd" had most of his crop of strawberries wiped out with the gales in Scotland.
Today he is once again under pressure from the terrible wind that is disrupting the border area. When I spoke to him today he said that damage had allready been done and the wind was getting worse.
Also pray for his wife and family as well as the workers at this trying time on this Christian market garden.

It is great to be busy again and being able to share testimony.

Friday 02nd of December 2011 10:19:36 AM
When I got off the train at "Bristol Temple Meads" station in 1996 I was met by a stranger called Martin Wright.
This was my first ever tour and Martin took me to my first meeting.
Today I once again met this Man who welcomed me. We went for coffe at the end of Weston Super Mare Pier and spent over an hour chatting about the things God is doing for both of us.

A good day in the Bristol area.
My friend Freddie and others joined me for an hour of street witness this morning. This was used to advertise the service at the pentecostal church on thursday evening. I then joined John Ellis on a visit to St Mary Magdalene Church Christmas Sale.
Tonight I parked on the downs and was delighted when I heard a knock at the van door just before midnight. When I opened the door I was confronted by six students who had come for a walk before bedtime. They were so polite and a real credit to the young people of Britain. All of them knew Jesus and we conversed for over half an hour before they asked me to pray for them.
A wonderful end to a good day.
Sunday 27th of November 2011 02:18:17 AM
A day of doing very little!
Tomorrow morning I will join with others on the outskirts of Bristol for an open air and next week is going to be very busy with appointments nearly every day.
I have been asked to pray for "August" a man in Iceland who is fighting cancer, also for his wife Ragnhildur. Please pray for them and check out the entry on the Prayer Page.

A bad day for the work today!!!!!!!!!!!
The van failed the ministry test. A seat belt was found to have a small hole in it and two pipes for the steering wheel fluid were found to be corroded and very dangerous.
The faults have been rectified and I am back on the road.
The shock absorbers will have to wait before they can be replaced. I have run out of money.
But "Jesus Still LIVES"
Wednesday 23rd of November 2011 11:14:42 PM
After a bad time in the Hereford area I am back on the road.
A cable to the alternator broke and I was stuck with no electrics to start the wagon so was in a lay bye for nearly two days. In the end my friend John Lawrence drove from Weston super Mare to find the problem and got me moving.
I am now in a garage and preparing for the annual road test and MOT. The silencer has been condemned and the shock absorbers are not working properly and need replacing,
I expect the bill to be over a thousand pounds.
Tuesday 22nd of November 2011 12:33:58 PM
I called on The Web Master today and we had a good time together. The family have been a great support to me for over ten years.
I am now just outside Hereford and after meeting friends here I will carry on to Weston Super Mare tomorrow afternoon.
Saturday 19th of November 2011 09:59:31 PM
It is really great to be meeting up with my friends in Britain.
I am now in my home town in Lancashire and will move on to the Weston Bristol area during the weekend.
Friday 18th of November 2011 12:36:17 AM
A long drive today. I called to make a delivery in Bishops Stortford and then drove on to Ramsgate in Kent.
I hope to meet up with Jean, A lady who has prayed for me every day since she met me as a drunken alcoholic in 1983. She has seen the before and after time.
It is good to meet up with those who's prayers have changed your life.
Monday 14th of November 2011 07:44:07 PM
It was a real good sail to Denmark from the Faroe Islands. I met a group of musicians on board and it led to a two hour service in the cafeteria.
I am now in the UK and filling up with cream cakes.
It is good to drive on the wrong side of the road for a change.
Sunday 13th of November 2011 04:41:30 PM
On board Norrona and having a good sail to Hirtshals in Denmark.
I have met a group of people who are on the way to Denmark to sing in churches in Hirtshals and Copenhagen. We joined together and had a great meeting on board this afternoon.
I am trying to delay my sailing from Esbjerg to join them on their saturday meeting.
Please pray that the Lord's will shall be done.
Friday 11th of November 2011 07:54:42 PM
My last night here on the Faroe Islands.
It has been truly fantastic here with meetings nearly every day. I have to leave before the wind causes any more damage.
I am looking forward to an English meal and loads of CREAM CAKES.
Wednesday 09th of November 2011 11:19:28 PM
I have just spent a couple of days in the Torshavn area but have now returned to Kambstal and another violent storm.
The rain is beating down and the wind force is around gale force and rising.
On the way back I witnessed many waterfalls actually being blown back up the mountains. The scenery at this time is truly majestic but really frightening as the might of nature is revealed.
Buckets are collecting the water in my living area as it drips from the roof, just missing my bed.
Sunday 06th of November 2011 10:04:02 PM
It is good to see a major breakthrough here in Fuglifjiord as I continue speaking to the youth each evening.
Last night I spoke at a house meeting for the 14 to 17 year old boys and it was really well attended. Many very searching questions were asked and answered.
Tonight it was the 12 to 14 year old young people at the Missionair church. Each time I stopped speaking I was asked a question and in the end a ten minute sermon lasted for ninety minutes. Even when I finished the young people kept on isolating me from the other leaders to ask even more questions.
I leave here next thursday as the roof of the van is leaking due the terrible wind we have had here.
Saturday 05th of November 2011 12:22:05 AM
Eather still bad !!!!!
The meeting in Skala went very well and tears were very evident as I spoke about our family in Latvia. It was great to hear that the church pray for me every week and try to follow me as I travel vast distance.
The garage in Klaxvik has done a great job of servicing the van.
Wednesday 02nd of November 2011 11:59:24 PM
I spent the weekend on the island of Suderoy.
The weather here is terrible,it feels like february with the high winds and persistent rain.
The weekend was very busy and I met so many of my old friends.I really wanted to meet my friend John over there but the high winds made it impossible.
Tomorrow I speak at the Evangelical church in Skala after taking the bus for a full service in Klaxvik.
If this wind keeps blowing I will have to leave here next week before I do any damage. The wind is so hard that it could blow the van off one of the many mountain roads I travel.
Tuesday 01st of November 2011 03:23:49 PM
Back in the Faroe Islands and enjoying meeting old friends.
I spoke at the youth meeting last night and have had great feedback about the content.
Tonight I speak at the prayer meeting in Fugliafjorder. A meeting I always enjoy.
Please keep on praying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wednesday 26th of October 2011 03:00:29 PM
On board Norrona and heading for my beloved "Faroe Islands"
It is good that the year is coming to a close and I may get the opportunity to rest for a while.
Please pray for many speaking engagements in the coming weeks.
I desperately need the finance!!!
